Trapcraft Mod for Minecraft – Create Traps & Defend Your Base
ProPercivalalb has taken control of this mod for Stewiecraft, and it’s fantastic for anyone who enjoys hunting or playing pranks in Minecraft. Trapcraft introduces numerous new features that are incredibly handy for clever hunting or setting traps. It specializes in trickery and constructing defensive features, whether it's for other players on a multiplayer server or dealing with enemy mobs in the game.
One of the initial and straightforward traps to explore is the Dummy. It's easy to construct and can be used in various ways to deceive hostile mobs, although it won't trick other players in multiplayer servers. The Dummy has the ability to provoke aggressive enemies that spot it, diverting their attention away from the player, allowing for a sneak attack. However, zombies won't be fooled by this trap since they can detect that the dummy isn’t made of “human” flesh. Any hostile monsters that fall for the trick will eventually destroy the Dummy, causing it to drop the dummy head. This head can then be used to craft another trap.
If you're into traps involving cooking mob meat, the Igniter is perfect for you. When activated by redstone, it ignites, causing any mob or animal that falls into it to perish in flames. Additionally, their meat will cook and be stored in the block's built-in inventory. This trap can be used as an animal farming attachment that cooks and stores the drops from the farming machine.
The Bear Trap is beneficial for those dwelling in forests, designed to capture stray animals. When it comes into contact with a non-player character, it restrains the prey while they gradually perish. It can be reused by reactivating it after it has been triggered, resetting the trap without requiring a new craft. However, despite its name, it may not capture bears as effectively as other animals, and caution is advised if a bear is caught in the trap and you are in close proximity.
Spikes provide a convenient way to eliminate monsters that fall into your trap holes. They cause damage to anything that touches them.
Seeking a way to conceal your traps or spikes? Look no further than the Grass Covering. It conveniently covers open spaces, allowing things to fall through. For added stealth, they can blend in seamlessly with the biome they are placed in.
"Ah, those mobs won't fall into my trap!" No problem with Trapcraft’s Fan block. When powered, it forcefully pushes things, including monsters, in the direction it's facing.
Once you’re using Trapcraft to eliminate these mobs, you’ll need an easy way to collect their loot. Enter the Magnetic Chest! It attracts nearby items and automatically gathers them. Pretty neat, right?
In conclusion, Trapcraft is an outstanding addition for both single-player and multiplayer modes. Good luck and happy hunting!
